This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a highly successful real estate practice.

The role:

Joining an ambitious and collaborative Real Estate team, you will advise on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, development projects and portfolio management.

This is a strategic appointment, and you'll be expected to contribute to the growth of the Birmingham office by strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and mentoring the next generation of property lawyers.

The candidate:

You will be an established Commercial Property Partner or an ambitious Legal Director ready to take the next step. You'll have a strong reputation within the Midlands market, excellent technical expertise and a proven ability to win and develop work.
