Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor: - Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, delivering outstanding service while ensuring cases progress efficiently.
- Speak with customers over the telephone to understand their circumstances and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Negotiate affordable repayment arrangements and settlement options in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account activity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team performance targets.

About You - Previous experience in contact centre customer service, collections, debt recovery or similiar.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations confidently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and manage your own caseload.
- A positive, resilient approach with a genuine desire to help customers and deliver excellent service.
