
We are seeking an experienced employment taxes leader to head our Employment Taxes team. This is a strategic leadership role, with responsibility for growing and developing a high-quality, outward-facing practice within a mid-tier firm environment. The role can be filled at Partner level, or Director with a clear pathway to Partner.
The successful candidate will lead a small but high-performing team, with a mandate to expand capability, increase visibility across the firm, and drive revenue growth through both internal collaboration and external business development.
The ResponsibilitiesThe Employment Taxes team provides a mix of compliance and advisory services across a diverse client base. The team currently includes support for global mobility and share scheme work, with opportunities to further strengthen these capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the team into a leading offering within the firm.
