Blue Arrow is proud to partner with dnata Catering UK, one of the world's leading inflight catering providers, to recruit HGV Class 2 Drivers (Category C) for a fast-paced and rewarding airport logistics operation.
This is a unique opportunity to work within the aviation industry, delivering catering and onboard supplies directly to aircraft while playing a vital role in ensuring flights depart on time.

⏰ Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern, and successful candidates must be able to commit to all shifts:
- 04:00 - 14:30
- 10:00 - 20:30
- 20:30 - 07:00
✈️ The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will operate in both airside and landside environments, ensuring critical catering and supply deliveries reach aircraft safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities✅ Loading catering equipment, food supplies and bar stock onto 17-tonne vehicles
✅ Delivering catering and supplies directly to aircraft on the airfield
✅ Working closely with flight and cabin crews during aircraft turnaround operations
✅ Completing deliveries to additional UK sites when required
✅ Following strict airport security, safety and operational procedures
✅ Providing excellent customer service while maintaining delivery schedules
✅ What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Complete 5-year address and employment history
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check and reference checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Good attention to detail and numeracy skills
