Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant 1:1 Primary - Brackley
We are currently recruiting a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil in a welcoming and supportive school based in Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children with additional needs access education and achieve their full potential.
This role is open to candidates with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those who have worked as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Support Workers or in similar educational settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil
- Supporting learning, emotional wellbeing and classroom engagement
- Implementing individual education and behaviour support strategies
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
The school is located in Northampton and provides a friendly team environment, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop within the education sector.
